What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that may be placed on your device when you visit our sites. When you next visit our site the cookie allows us to distinguish you from other users.
There are two broad categories of cookies:
Persistent cookies remain on your device until deleted manually or automatically.

Cookies we use and why we use them:
Essential cookies are technical cookies that are required for the operation of our site. Without essential cookies our site can’t operate properly. Essential cookies include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas.
Performance cookies allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors to our site and to see how visitors move around them. This helps us to improve the way our site works by enabling us to tailor our site to the way visitors use them. The information we collect from performance cookies is aggregated which means that we cannot identify you from it.
You have a right to access the personal information that is held about you. If you have registered an account you can access this information via your account. If you do not have an account you can contact us via the 'contact us' page. Please explain what you require and provide a current email address so we can reply to you.
The security of your information is very important to us and as such we have made our website fully secure by adding a SSL certificate to it. Any information held about you will also be stored safe and secure. To stop any unauthorised access or disclosure of your information, we have made sure there are suitable physical, electronic and managerial systems to protect and secure your information that we collect online.
Keep your information secure
In order to help us to keep your information confidential you should keep your password secret.
You should choose a password that is not obvious or known to anyone else and you should never give this to anyone else as you will be responsible for any activity that may be made from using this password whether it has been authorised by you or not.
If you forget your password, you can request a new password, which will be emailed to the address we hold for you.
You can change your password anytime through your account on the website. Should you request us to change your password for you we will change it to temporary one for you and you must then change this password in your account to something more secure.
Payment Card Security
We use either Paypal or Worldpay to take your payments, the choice is yours. Whichever one you choose you will be taken to their totally secure page to add your details and/or confirm your payment details. Both companies use SSL which ensures total privacy and security when you are making your payment. Their secure server encrypts your credit or debit card number details along with your personal information and changes them into bits of code that are then securely sent over the internet. Your browser will show when you are in a secure environment by displaying either a locked padlock or an image of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of the page; it may also warn you when you are entering a secured environment as you go to place your order.
