The following information should provide you with all the information you need to get started shopping with us online. If you would prefer not to order via the website you can email your order by stipulating exactly what you require and how many, or you can fax us on 01772 601389 or telephone us on 01772 600395. Please note however, that prices shown on the web site may be exclusive online prices and in-store prices may vary in comparison.
To make a purchase it could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Any purchases made before 1.00pm will be dispatched that day on a next working day delivery (UK mainland, other areas may take more than 1 day). Any orders placed after 1.00pm we will try our best but may be dispatched the following day (all depends on the time the courier collects). If you cannot order on the website we will take your number and call you back to take your order but it will only be dispatched the following day as website orders take priority. If you have not purchased before you will be required to enter all your details and create a password for future log in details. This will allow you to shop faster in the future, track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders.
If you have already logged in using your password your existing details and current order will be shown on-screen, if not you will be asked to log in.
Payment may be made by Paypal, credit or debit card using Worldpay. The following cards are valid:- Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Credit and Debit, Maestro, and JCB. We regret we are unable to accept American Express for Internet purchases.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send your goods complete with an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering.
Please note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Courier and MUST be signed for. If there is no-one in to receive the parcel a card will be left so a more convenient time can be arranged for delivery.
If the goods are not checked on receipt please sign as unchecked, otherwise any claims for damage caused in transit would not be upheld by the courier.

If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received, please notify us by email within 2 working days of your delivery. You should then arrange for the unwanted items to be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery for your own protection. On receipt of the returned goods we will arrange for your account to be credited with the full cost of the goods only.
Please note credit card companies do not allow refunds to any other card. You must allow 7 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure your goods are in good condition. Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
Please contact us for returns authorization before sending the goods back or we may be unable to process your claim.

Items may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging so the item can be re-sold to another customer. Used items etc may not be returned. Please contact us for returns authorization before sending the goods back or we will be unable to process your claim.
